The press records that St Modwen Logistics has signed a deal with recipe box retailer, Gousto, to deliver a 27,400m2 steel-framed fulfilment centre at St. Modwen Park Burton. Main contractor is Readie Construction who will be building the warehouse – the structural steelwork by Caunton
