Caunton Academy retains EAL accreditation

Caunton Engineering are delighted to share that our Academy has retained EAL accredited status for the fifteenth year running.

We are passionate about recruiting apprentices and graduates, offering young people an opportunity to take the first step towards a career in the Engineering and Construction industries.

The Caunton Academy was established in 2004, with an aim to address the industry's skills shortage in fabrication and welding, which led to its recognition in August 2008 as an accredited EAL Training Centre.

Now in 2023, Caunton has been recognised as an EAL accredited training centre for an outstanding 15 years and our apprenticeships are more successful than ever, with some of our apprentices progressing through the business into strategic positions to ensure we have the best people in our business. Today, in our Ofsted rated Good Academy, we employ 17 apprentices, across 4 academic years, alongside employees who are studying degree level apprenticeships.
