Caunton Engineering are most pleased to have been awarded the contract, by main contractor, Bowmer and Kirkland for the structural steelwork for a new 507,713sq.ft warehouse on Plot D2 of Infinity Park, the city of Derby's pivotal employment development site. Infinity Park is undergoing a transformative development spanning 87 hectares (gross) and encompassing a diverse array of units totalling an impressive 1,799,000sq.ft (GFA). The project includes facilities for storage and distribution, general and light industrial purposes, research and development, associated office spaces, a hotel, public house and a café.

Caunton will be supplying nearly 1,700te of structural steelwork for the five span structure, which includes an office framework.

The planned building will achieve a minimum of BREEAM 'Very Good' and EPC 'A' ratings, underscoring Infinity Park, Derby's dedication to sustainable and environmentally conscious development.
