The press reports on the progress of three speculatively built warehouses for developer Tritax Symmetry and main contractor, Winvic Construction, where Caunton are designing, supplying and erecting 3,200 tonnes of structural and secondary steelwork.

The development is based in the so-called Golden Triangle network, an established distribution and manufacturing area in the East Midlands. This phase of three warehouses are in addition to the development's four existing units, two of which were supplied and erected by Caunton. The project is aiming to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent' and an EPC 'A' rating.
