The second year Civil Engineering design project awards for the University of Nottingham students have again been sponsored by Caunton Engineering.

The certificates and cash prizes were presented by Caunton's Technical Director, Gavin Christie, who is himself a University of Nottingham alumnus. The Caunton sponsored awards, supervised by Assistant Professor Paul Ragsdale, were made for three prizes - the best working drawings which is a group of six prize, and individual prizes for steel connection sketches and steel design calculations.

Caunton Engineering are very pleased to support these engineers of the future and wish them well with their studies and subsequent careers.
