The press announces that Britishvolt, reported to be Britain's foremost investor in battery technologies, is partnering with Prologis to build its UK battery cell scale-up hub in the West Midlands. Main contractor is Winvic Construction, and structural steelwork required is by Caunton Engineering.

The Caunton Engineering sustainability steering and working group has been working through the company’s sustainability / net zero action schedule, in order to set out the journey towards Net Zero 2050. The aim had been to formulate Caunton’s sustainability / net zero roadmap. This has now been completed and is posted here. You may access this also via the Caunton web site - caunton.co.uk.

A steel framed beacon support frame, originally manufactured by Caunton Engineering for Greasley Parish to celebrate the Golden Jubilee in 2012, has now be repurposed and permanently re-homed at Morley Hayes where it will be used to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee.
