This seven storey beam and column structure was erected over a two storey car park sunk into the London clay.
The columns had two spliced levels with the final section being prepared for the addition of another three to four floors in the future.
All the perimeter beams were designed to carry feature brickwork incorporating glazed panels. The top floor/roof serves as a plant room to the whole of the building.
The composite action of the floor design enabled large clear open plan office space to all of the main floors, with holes being provided in the main longitudinal beams for services.
