Central Park is situated within the established industrial area of Park Royal, 7 miles west of Central London. The development of 2.6 hectares of industrial land off Central Way, Acton and construction of 9 self-contained warehouse units with a combined floor space of 150,000 sq. ft.

The multi-unit industrial/warehouse scheme is a pioneering project being developed in a single phase with units ranging from 10,837 sq. ft. to 74,010 sq. ft.

Caunton were responsible for the design and supply of over 650 tonnes of structural steelwork – mainly portal frames, for main contractor Winvic. The buildings are being constructed for Goya Developments, to maximise the potential of this brownfield site and have undergone a BREEAM Industrial pre-assessment, and will achieve a BREEAM “EXCELLENT” rating, utilising green roof systems in areas, photovoltaics, solar wall technology and rainwater harvesting.
