Caunton Engineering have supplied and erected the structural steelwork for three warehouse buildings at Eastwood, Derbyshire. The project is Panattoni Park Nottingham which is a 55 acre, three unit, 715,000 sq ft development built in one phase. The site is only a few miles from Caunton’s works in Moorgreen.
Caunton were contracted to main contractor Buckingham Group Contracting.

The three buildings comprise the following: a five span portal frame Nottingham 550 (551,031 sq ft) which is a cross-docked warehouse, the second the three span Nottingham 89 (89,073 sq ft) and the third a two span 75k sq ft building. The steelwork required was over 2000te and which was designed by Caunton’s technical team.

Panattoni Park Nottingham has direct access to the M1 motorway at junction 26, making it the ideal location serving markets in the Midlands and the North.
