Caunton Engineering Renews SafeContractor Accreditation

We’re proud to share that Caunton Engineering has once again renewed its SafeContractor accreditations, reinforcing our commitment to the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing across everything we do.

For us, this renewal is the recognition of the day-in, day-out efforts made by our teams on site, in our fabrication facilities and across our offices to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

SafeContractor is one the UK’s leading health and safety accreditation schemes, and achieving renewal requires a rigorous assessment of our safety policies, procedures and working practices. From risk management and training to environmental responsibility and mental wellbeing, the process looks closely at how safety is embedded into real working life.

At Caunton Engineering, safety has always been a core value, not an afterthought. We believe that strong safety culture goes hand in hand with quality, reliability and trust. Whether we’re working with clients, supply chain partners or our own colleagues, we know that safe, well-managed sites create better outcomes for everyone.

This accreditation also reflects our ongoing investment in our people. Regular training, clear communication and a culture where concerns can be raised and addressed openly are all part of how we work. Renewing SafeContractor status confirms that these principles are not only in place but actively lived across the business.

We’d like to thank our teams for their continued professionalism and commitment, and our clients for their trust in us to deliver projects safely and responsibly. As we look ahead, we remain focused on continuous improvement, always raising the bar, learning from experience and building safely for the future.

Safety isn’t something we achieve once. It’s something we work on every single day, and this renewal is a milestone we’re proud to share.
