Caunton Engineering shares the delight expressed by client North London Waste Authority, that EcoPark South, part of the North London Heat and Power Project, has been shortlisted for a Royal Institute of Architects (RIBA) London (North) Award 2026.

The authority is quoted that “This recognition is a fantastic milestone for everyone involved in delivering this major sustainability-led project for north London.” Caunton were very much involved - supplying and erecting 1700 tonnes of steelwork for main contractor Taylor Woodrow, to read more click here .

As part of the RIBA Awards process, all shortlisted projects will be visited by a regional jury over the coming weeks, with winning projects set to be announced later this spring.
