Combinations of their software products enable 4D and 5D BIM, by linking project schedules with cost plans and 3D models to drive greater collaboration and efficiency benefits.

Caunton’s Joint MD Robert Berry argues within the article that there can be a knowledge gap for architects and engineers about the details that a specialist will bring. Much earlier collaboration is needed.
