Caunton has always been grateful for the long service enjoyed by very many of the company’s employees. In recognition of this, an employee receives a financial reward after every five years of service. This is a sum equivalent to a Caunton Fabricator- Plater’s weekly wage, and this sum is compounded every following five-year period. The company newsletter has recently published a collection of photographs of workers (shown here) receiving their cheques over the past year from the Company Chairman, Simon Bingham. The largest sum went to an employee of 45 years standing. A great credit to him and to the company too.
